  • How Does Pop-in Care Choose My Caregiver?
Pop-in Care will match the right caregiver for you or your loved one's needs through our unique in-home care assessment. We take a “whole person” approach to in-home care. We don’t just look at your loved one's physical care needs but also their personality. We evaluate dynamics such as hobbies, past professions, sociability, likes, and dislikes. With this information, we’ll develop an individualized plan of care and match your loved one with our most compatible caregiver. Fostering a close relationship between clients and caregivers allows us to address challenges quickly and provide solutions and resources. Although we can’t guarantee that the same caregiver will be there at every visit, we do our best to keep our clients with the same caregivers.
